WEBINAR SERIES: CHANGE MANAGEMENT

TIDES OF CHANGE IN HIGHER EDUCATION: NAVIGATING  LIMITED RESOURCES

In the face of new and diverse student populations, rising performance expectations, increased competition and flat resources... institutions are feeling pressure to do more for their students with finite time, money and human capital.
How can institutions maximize investments in people, technology and time to drive better student success outcomes?
The Civitas Learning Senior Consulting team and Utah State University's Dr. Mitchell Colver discuss strategies including:
  • Examining the true cost of student success initiatives
  • Prioritizing what works and identifying opportunities to fine-tune programs to increase their impact
  • Providing differentiated support to retain more students
  • Elevating human capital by increasing professionalism and data literacy
