Angela Baldasare
Senior Strategic Consultant Angela is an experienced researcher, analyst, and consultant with a demonstrated history of success in data strategy and change management, helping organizations of all kinds effectively use data to inform strategy and achieve measurable outcomes. Angela's work as a strategic consultant at Civitas Learning is informed most recently by her 8 years at the University of Arizona (UA).

Rob Robinson
Sr. Principal Partner Strategy Consultant Dr. Rob Robinson works with colleges and universities to help them leverage data analytics to further their mission of student success. In his prior experience, Rob was a Principal Strategist at Blackboard, where he provided strategic consulting services to higher educations clients. Additionally, Rob served as Assistant Vice Provost for Educational Technology at the University of Texas at San Antonio. Rob holds a Ph.D. from UT Austin and an MBA from St. Edward's University.

Eric McIntosh
Sr. Principal Partner Strategy ConsultantBorn in Edmonton, Alberta, Dr. Eric J. McIntosh split his time between Alberta and Minnesota. With a professional background in student affairs, Eric has worked for four different institutions of varying types and sizes. Since 2007, Eric has been extensively involved in research on student thriving; a research initiative of the Doctoral Programs in Higher Education at Azusa Pacific University. He earned his M.A. in Higher Education from Geneva College, and his Ph.D. in Higher Education from Azusa Pacific University.
