Use Degree Map to help students create achievable plans and track progress — scaling advising bandwidth
Many of our students come in unsure about how long it might take them to earn a degree because, as it does, life happens. One of our Presidential Award winners said that Degree Map was the reason she was there graduating. It kept her on track. It's wonderful to see our students thriving because they have clarity and control of their degree plan and we continue to be ambitious in our work to build pathways that will best guide them toward success.

Our academic advising redesign project is the biggest thing we've done at the college in 25 years. Civitas Learning has been the easiest part of this effort! We're giving advisors tools to be more intentional with interventions and personalized in their outreach by using persistence predictions and student information beyond demographics. This work is improving our efficiency and giving advisors space to work with their students differently.
